First National Real Estate Celebrates – Taupo’s Success

First National’s top regional performers for the Central North Island  region are celebrating after being recognised at the real estate network’s regional conference and awards.

First National Group general manager Colleen Milne says the awards are recognition of the commitment, professionalism and putting the customer first.

“The achievements of these salespeople are great to see after the previous, very difficult years within the Real Estate industry. We are all celebrating 2012 as a great year of growth in sales and performance of our offices.” states Colleen Milne

  1. First National Taupo’s Kim Fraser once again received 1st place  in  the Top Ten  Sales Person award. She  also received a  Platinum award which recognizes her consistently high achievement over the last four years.

Kim Fraser also received the Top Residential Award, Top Confirmed Sales and  finally the Top  Value award.

Kim Fraser believes that her success is “because she builds strong relationships with her clients and puts their needs first”.

 

Other recipients of the Top Ten awards were Bill Drysdale 8th in the Top Ten and Sharni Mackintosh 9th, who also received the Rookie of the Year Award. The Rookie of the year award recognizes sales people who have achieved the best sales within 18 months of being with in the industry.

First National Taupo also were runners up for the Top Office award and won the Property Management Growth Award. The property management team is focused on delivering service of an excellent standard to both landlord and tenancy which is evident in them being the recipients of this award
